The real excitement began when we landed in my sisters hometown: Columbus, Ohio. With many emails flying back and forth, my amazing brother Arian, my amazing Sister Leah, and (last but not least amazing) mom put together a reunion at a beautiful cabin in Hocking Hills, Ohio.

Four wonderful days and nights we enjoyed the cabin and surrounding attractions as a family. We built fires, hiked the woods behind the cabin, danced and danced in the living room, went boating, shopped at a local flea market, watched movies, met Amish people, played in rivers and canals, and shared talents in our family talent show. A definite family reunion success!!!

Here is Cody kneeling with miss Brinley around his neck, Leah in her sunglasses holding the other two youngsters: baby Aspen and Avery on the ground avoiding the camera :) Next to leah is my brother Arian carrying his baby Aubrey in the "baby Backpack" and amazing Jill holding a squirming Kenneth. Duane and I stand blissfully thinking about what it would be like to have kids, and we are about to go to "Old-Man's (or Womans) Cave".
It is amazing to me how much family can make life meaningful in ways you don't always expect, Thank you guys for a wonderful experience, I love you!
