I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED!!!

Hey, so, um. . . today I was accepted to the Adler School of Professional Psychology! YAY! This may come as a surprise to some, who didn't know my graduate school plans, but this is an exciting step for me in my new Chicago home.

There is almost too much to write now, but I will say I am pursuing a Masters of Marriage and Family Counseling, and will also be able to Licence as a professional Counselor while I am there.

Adler made a huge impression on me when I visited before coming to Provo for Duane's Graduation, and I worked hard and turned in my application before jumping on the plane. What a great blessing this is! I can't wait to start next Thursday.



I went to the interview this morning and had a writing exam and an in depth interview with one of the professors, both of which went very well, and because of my last minute application, I didn't have to wait to hear the final decision: I'm in!
